CHAOS explores physicality and presence in service of enhanced social activity - in a way that is only possible through Mixed Reality. We set out to create an active and, well, chaotic co-located multiplayer game, in which your physical space turns into a mythological battleground.

As the game designer on the project I helped ideate a concept for a multiplayer co-located game that would work for up to 4 players in the same space playing together through the power of mixed reality. We wanted to bring social gaming into an XR environment in a way that hadn't really been done before. Due to the time sensitive nature of the Hackathon I steered the design to be achievable in the time with potential to expand upon it in the future. I'm super proud that our team, Fresh Do, achieved what we did and won first prize and look forward to where we can take CHAOS next!
